  Paint Setup

Phosphate Wash is a cleaning and coating treatment prior to painting components. Our facility provides a three stage aluminum/steel phosphate line wash. This assures all parts will be free of contamination such as oil residue, grease, dust, fingerprints etc… This stage of preparation is crucial prior to coating.
Masking is the covering or shielding of surfaces and features on the component to be painted. It will provide paint free areas. The extent of the masking is usually determined at the quoting stage. Compatible tapes and plugs are utilized for various masking applications.
Filling is a method of covering recessed areas of imperfection due to porosity, gouges and scratches to achieve a smooth surface. In most cases however, a smooth surface can be achieved with surface sanding and vibrating. The components should have a smooth surface to obtain the best paint finish.
Silk Screen Printing is an application for printing letters, numbers or logos on cured painted surfaces. We provide this service to relieve the customer of the chore of having to source an additional vendor to silkscreen parts after the painting process.
